How to use gun-type PU foam adhesive correctly?
Take out the foam gun and clean it with a professional cleaning agent to make sure that the foam gun is not blocked.
Prepare the PU foam, grab the middle of the can, and shake it vigorously for 15 to 30 times. When the materials inside are mixed evenly, the performance will not be affected.
Remove the protective leather cover on the PU foam and install it on the foam gun.
Hold the handle of the foam gun and install the material can. If you want to adjust the flow rate, you can open the back of the foam gun.
After the preparation work is done, you can pull the trigger to the part that needs to be filled to fill. You can try it in advance and adjust the flow rate at any time.
When a can of material is used up, you can take it off and replace it with a new product.
After the construction is completed, remove the material can and clean the foam gun with a cleaning agent to avoid residue.
How to use tube-type PU foam adhesive correctly?
Take out the material and install it in a clockwise direction.
The correct method is when the material tank is at the top and the foaming gun is at the bottom. Once ready, you can inject the glue.
When spraying, pour from the bottom to the top. Don't pour too much at one time, just occupy 80% of the filling volume.
B1-class PU foam adhesive is a flame-retardant material. It is not easy to burn under the action of open flames, extinguishes itself, leaves no drips, and will not spread the fire. This type of foaming agent has high fire resistance, burns slowly, produces less smoke and toxic gases, and has a better protection effect on personal safety and property safety. Therefore, B1-class foaming agent is more suitable for scenes with special requirements such as high temperature, high pressure, and electrical equipment, such as building insulation, smoke isolation, and fire limitation.
